Categories of personal data:
TARP DIESSEL does NOT collect personal data such as social security numbers on the website, but uses Google Analytics which, via cookies, collects IP addresses, type of browser, search terms, network location, etc.
Purpose:
TARP DIESSEL only collects necessary information for factual purposes.
The primary purposes are:
- Website optimization
- Investigating which type of products are of interest to the visitors.
Legal basis:
The processing of personal data takes place based on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on which data is processed:
- Operation of the company
- Compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on TARP DIESSEL
Where does the information come from:
We collect the information from several different sources. The primary sources are:
- The registered person himself
- The data subject's computer
Recipients of the personal data:
As a starting point, the information is processed internally at TARP DIESSEL. However, in connection with the operation of the company, information is passed on to various recipients.
The recipients depend on the information in question. We only pass on your information to the recipients who are necessary, and we only pass on the information that is required in the specific context.

TARP DIESSEL does not transfer personal data to recipients in third countries outside the EU/EEA.
Transfer to recipients in third countries:
TARP DIESSEL has set guidelines for when personal data is deleted. The storage period depends on the information and the purpose of processing. The information is not stored longer than is necessary in relation to the purpose.
We protect your personal data:
TARP DIESSEL protects your personal data. We have several physical, technical and organizational measures that ensure the processing of your personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or publication. This means, among other things, that we use access control, passwords, firewalls, antivirus, secure mail/encryption, ongoing back up etc.
TARP DIESSEL' employees are instructed in how personal data must be processed, and internal guidelines have been adopted in the event of a breach of data security.
Suspected data breach
If a data processor discovers or suspects a data breach. Then the processor must immediately contact the company's IT security officer (the IT manager). Who will then be the professional in the further treatment.

According to the data protection regulation, you have several rights when we process information about you.

Right to see information (right of access)
You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as to obtain a range of additional information in connection with the insight. We draw attention to the fact that the right of access may be limited due to decisive considerations of private interests, including confidentiality in connection with legal advice, cf. Data Protection Act §22, subsection 1.
Right to rectification (rectification)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.
Right to revoke consent
If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it therefore only takes effect from this point.
Right to transfer information (data portability)
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority
